My results after doing 100 push ups a day for 30 days. I could have been doing 100 push ups a day for 60 days, but I think it is too hard for the body. This goes to show that you can get great results by doing a home work out, you only need the floor to do this! Maybe next I will go for 100 push ups for 60 days.
