StrongFirst: SFG Level II Kettlebell Technique Testing Standards


StrongFirst Instructors must meet each of these technique standards when testing during the SFG (StrongFirst Girya) Level II Certification, in order to earn the SFG II Instructor credential.

The skills tested include:
Windmill
Double Push Press*
Double Jerk
Bent Press
Double Snatch

*Note: The kettlebells are lowered into the rack with the arms relaxed, the impact absorbed by an abdominal brace and a knee dip. The kettlebells may also be lowered using the Military Press style controlled descent.
